Pending further details of the reasoning behind today’s decision by the Constitutional Court, Fiat’s only comment at this time is that the Court appears to have reversed its stance on Article 19 of the Workers’ Statute, contradicting numerous previous decisions over the past 17 years since the Article has existed in its current form.
