Queensland Rail’s iconic Sunlander is turning 60 in less than two weeks and to help celebrate the milestone, special sale fares are on offer for the month of June.Customers travelling onThe Sunlander in June can enjoy 60 per cent off adult economy fares, starting at $107.60 for a trip between Brisbane and Cairns (normally $269).
For guests travelling on the official birthday on June 4, Queensland Rail Travel is offeringcelebration economy seats at just $60 each way.
Queensland Rail Travel General Manager, Carol-Anne Nelson, said: “Queenslander Class premium travel ison sale at 25 per cent off the standard adult fare for travel anytime in June.”
“We are also offering the first 60 customers to book their travel in a Twin, Single or Triple Berth Sleeper on The Sunlander, a $60 food and beverage onboard credit to enjoy,” Ms Nelson said.
