Eren Guryel Appointed Executive Chef of Four Seasons Resort Lanai, The Lodge at Koele

Eren Guryel has been named Executive Chef of Four Seasons Resort Lanai, The Lodge at Koele. In his new role, Chef Guryel will assist Executive Chef Kevin Erving in overseeing all culinary operations and menu development for The Lodge at Koele’s food and beverage outlets, comprised of the Dining Room, Terrace and The Bar.

“Chef Guryel is a great addition to the Lanai ‘ohana and brings a wealth of international experience and vision to our culinary department,” says Tom Roelens, general manager of Four Seasons Resorts Lanai. “He will continue to focus on The Lodge at Koele’s commitment to sustainability, featuring a robust farm-to-table and ocean-to-table concept, while thoughtfully capturing the flavours of Hawaii and Lanai’s upcountry.”
