Delta Air Lines announced today its new seasonal Saturday non-stop flight between Minneapolis and San Jose, Costa Rica, starting on December 21 to March 29, 2014. The route will be operating using 180-seat Boeing 757-200 aircraft.Delta is the only airline offering the convenience of non-stop service between San Jose and Minneapolis. The new route will complement Delta’s existing services between San Jose and Atlanta and Los Angeles.
“We are celebrating 15 years of Delta´s service in Costa Rica, connecting local travelers with a growing number of places in the United States and other international destinations”, said Maria Fernanda Price, Regional Manager for Delta in Central America and the Caribbean. “With our new Minneapolis-St. Paul service, as well as daily non-stop flight to Los Angeles that began two months ago, Costa Rican customers have access to Delta’s global network, an enhanced travel experience, and can enjoy the benefits of Delta’s commitment with Central America region”.
