The Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront, Cape Town in South Africa is Rezidor’s most energy efficient property across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The property is the winner of Rezidor’s energy saving initiative Think Planet. In recognition of the hotel’s stellar performance, all 230 employees have received a bicycle on the occasion of a celebration event in Cape Town.Inge Huijbrechts, Vice President Responsible Business at Rezidor, personally attended the prize giving and commented: “A crucial factor in our Think Planet energy saving initiative is staff engagement.
